Role Type: Full-time, Permanent Field/Office based 

Basic Salary: Up to £28k (DOE)

The Company and Role Purpose: 

Harte Recruitment is working with a growing residential property business that manages high-quality homes and Build-to-Rent developments across the UK. 

They're now looking for a Property Manager to take ownership of the crucial period between tenancies, ensuring properties are turned around quickly, presented to a high standard and ready for new residents to move in.

The Package  

• Up to £28,000 basic salary (DOE) 
• Mon – Thurs 09:00 to 17:30 Fri 09:00 to 17:00, First Friday of every month early finish 09:00 – 13:00  
• 23 days holidays plus BH, increases due to length of service up to maximum 30 days plus BH.  
• Pension 5% employee and 3% employer

The Property Manager Role  

• Conduct property checkouts and inspections. 
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning and remedial works. 
• Prepare homes for new tenants and manage move-ins. 
• Complete inventories, deposits and tenancy administration. 
• Visit vacant properties and identify improvements to maximise lettings. 
• Work closely with landlords, contractors and the wider team. 

The Person  

• Previous Property Management or Lettings experience. 
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused. 
• Comfortable managing multiple properties and priorities. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills. 
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
