Harte Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a growing residential property business that manages high-quality rental homes and Build-to-Rent developments across the UK.
They're now looking to appoint a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of the tenancy journey from move-in through to notice being served. This is a relationship-led role where you'll become the trusted point of contact for landlords, manage mid-tenancy issues and oversee the onboarding of new properties.

The Package
- Up to £32,000 basic (DOE) plus OTE
- Mon – Thurs 09:00 to 17:30 Fri 09:00 to 17:00, First Friday of every month early finish 09:00 – 13:00
- 23 days holidays plus BH, increases due to length of service up to maximum 30 days plus BH.

The Senior Property Manager Role
- Manage a portfolio of properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and build strong client relationships.
- Handle maintenance issues, contractor management and tenant queries.
- Conduct rent reviews and advise on renewals and tenancy strategy.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new build properties, including snagging, furniture installation and key release.
- Process invoices, charges and tenancy updates accurately.
- Work closely with the lettings team to ensure seamless handovers and remarketing.
The Person
- Previous Property Management or Senior Property Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of mid-tenancy management and maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with new build onboarding would be advantageous but isn't essential.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
