The Company and Role Purpose:
We’re expanding our internal team at Harte HQ and are looking for a Property Resourcing Consultant to play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment across the property sector. This opportunity is available on a part-time basis, with full-time hours also considered for the right person.
This Property Resourcing Consultant role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with information, people, and process — managing recruitment journeys, building strong pipelines, and seeing tangible results from your work.
You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, and work in a way that suits you, while being a valued part of a close-knit, fast-moving recruitment team. Your contribution will directly influence the quality of hires we deliver and the long-term relationships we build with clients and professionals across the industry.
The Package:
- Up to £23,500 basic salary per annum DOE (pro-rated for part-time hours)
- Full-time and part-time hours available (min. 4–6 hours per day, Monday–Friday)
- Early starts preferred, with flexibility around how hours are structured

The Property Resourcing Consultant Role:
- Reviewing and qualifying incoming applications across job boards
- Managing applicant information and internal systems with accuracy
- Writing engaging, personalised outreach messages
- Presenting profiles against live vacancies
- Providing regular updates on progress and active pipelines
- Supporting wider recruitment activity as required
The Person:
- Experience in the residential property sector (essential)
- Some recruitment experience desirable but not essential
- Organised, methodical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with strong written skills
- Reliable, proactive, and outcome-focused
