Basic Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum DOE + up to £35,000 OTE

Harte Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly scaling Leeds-based property business that’s on the hunt for a high-performing experienced Sales Negotiator ready to step into a role with real momentum.
The Package:
- Up to £27,000 basic salary per annum DOE + up to £35,000 OTE
- Uncapped commission (average fee 1.5%) paid on completed sales + £5 for a completed mortgage appointment and £20 upon successful mortgage completion.
- Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (1 hour lunch)

The Sales Negotiator Role:
- Register and qualify applicants; manage buyer and vendor communications
- Handle offers confidently and negotiates best outcomes
- Provide proactive, value-led vendor care and market feedback
- Support valuers and setters with accurate information
- Work the database proactively to maximise conversion

- Experience in office-based sales negotiation or estate agency (essential)
- Confident, clear communicator; comfortable on the phone
