Harte Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly scaling Leeds-based property business that’s on the hunt for a high-performing experienced Sales Negotiator ready to step into a role with real momentum.

 

 

The Package:

 

  • Up to £27,000 basic salary per annum DOE + up to £35,000 OTE
  • Uncapped commission (average fee 1.5%) paid on completed sales + £5 for a completed mortgage appointment and £20 upon successful mortgage completion.
  • Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (1 hour lunch)

The Sales Negotiator Role:

 

  • Register and qualify applicants; manage buyer and vendor communications
  • Handle offers confidently and negotiates best outcomes
  • Provide proactive, value-led vendor care and market feedback
  • Support valuers and setters with accurate information
  • Work the database proactively to maximise conversion

 

 

The Person:

 

  • Experience in office-based sales negotiation or estate agency (essential)
  • Confident, clear communicator; comfortable on the phone
  • Proactive, energetic, reliable, and committed
  • Organised, commercially aware, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
