Basic salary: Up to £63,000, £5,100 car allowance, so total up to £68,100 per annum, plus a 5% annual discretionary bonus.

With a reputation for quality, innovation, and design-led homes, this award-winning company is now looking for a passionate Quantity Surveyor to join their energetic team and play a key role in shaping the future of their premium housing portfolio.



The Package:


  • Up to £63,000 basic salary, £5,100 car allowance, so total up to £68,100 per annum, plus a 5% annual discretionary bonus.
  • Office and site-based, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM,
  • Life assurance and Annual bonus

The Role:


  • Drives profitability through procurement, cost planning, control, and commercial input
  • Manages trade contractor relationships and enhances partnerships
  • Tenders for all-risk road, sewer, and plot works
  • Procures enabling and land remediation subcontract packages
  • Compiles and presents site start budgets to the Chief QS
  • Creates subcontract tender comparisons for sign-off
  • Attends regular site visits and collaborates with construction teams
  • Procures subcontract work packages in line with company specifications
  • Raises orders with appropriate documentation before management sign-off
  • Ensures adherence to Health and Safety policies




The Person:


  • Residential new homes experience is (essential)
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably house building
  • Holds ONC, HNC, or equivalent qualifications (HND or Degree preferred)
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills and ability to understand architectural drawings and specifications
  • Capable of working independently and remotely
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven
