With a reputation for quality, innovation, and design-led homes, this award-winning company is now looking for a passionate Quantity Surveyor to join their energetic team and play a key role in shaping the future of their premium housing portfolio.
The Package:
- Up to £63,000 basic salary, £5,100 car allowance, so total up to £68,100 per annum, plus a 5% annual discretionary bonus.
- Office and site-based, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM,

The Role:
- Drives profitability through procurement, cost planning, control, and commercial input
- Manages trade contractor relationships and enhances partnerships
- Tenders for all-risk road, sewer, and plot works
- Procures enabling and land remediation subcontract packages
- Compiles and presents site start budgets to the Chief QS
- Creates subcontract tender comparisons for sign-off
- Attends regular site visits and collaborates with construction teams
- Procures subcontract work packages in line with company specifications
- Raises orders with appropriate documentation before management sign-off
- Ensures adherence to Health and Safety policies
The Person:
- Residential new homes experience is (essential)
- Experience in the construction industry, preferably house building
- Holds ONC, HNC, or equivalent qualifications (HND or Degree preferred)
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent numeracy skills and ability to understand architectural drawings and specifications
- Capable of working independently and remotely
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven
