Harte Recruitment is working with a highly regarded firm that continues to grow its Residential Property division.
If you're a Conveyancing Assistant who enjoys being fully involved in the transaction process rather than purely administration, this could be an excellent next move. As Residential & New Build Conveyancing Assistant you'll support an established fee earner handling a varied mix of residential sales, purchases and new build transactions, giving you exposure to the full conveyancing journey from instruction through to completion.
This Residential & New Build Conveyancing Assistant role is one where your experience will be valued from day one. The Package
- £25,000 - £28,000 basic salary DOE
- Monday-Friday 9-5:30pm

The Residential & New Build Conveyancing Assistant Role
- Opening new files and preparing documentation
- Issuing contracts and supporting enquiries
- Ordering searches and obtaining relevant information
- Assisting with exchanges and completions
- Preparing reports and client correspondence
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents and third parties
- Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting with general conveyancing administration throughout the transaction process
The Person
- A minimum of 12 months' conveyancing experience (essential)
- Strong experience supporting residential sales and purchase transactions
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and add value from day one (essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A professional, proactive and client-focused approach
