This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to earn commission across both sales and lettings, maximising your income potential. You'll work across residential sales and lettings, engaging directly with landlords, tenants, vendors, and buyers, and playing a key role in driving the agency’s ongoing success.
This Sales and Lettings Negotiator role offers a mix of office-based work and field appointments.
The Package:
- Up to £28,000 basic salary per annum + up to £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
- Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, Friday 09:00 - 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:30 - 13:00 (time off in lieu)
- Paid mileage at £0.45 per mile

The Sales and Lettings Negotiator Role:
- Register and qualify potential buyers and vendors
- Schedule property valuations and market appraisals
- Arrange and conduct viewings, providing detailed feedback
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Progress sales to completion, maintaining communication with all parties
- Qualify prospective tenants and landlords
- Arrange and accompany property viewings
- Generate new business through referrals, canvassing, and local networking
- Negotiate tenancies and prepare tenancy agreements
- Ensure properties comply with relevant legislation (e.g., EPCs, gas safety)
- Manage the letting process, liaising with landlords and tenants from instruction to move-in
The Person:
- Previous experience in the UK property market (Lettings or Sales) is essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth local market knowledge
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
- Self-motivated and proactive
- ARLA/NAEA qualifications (desirable but not essential)
