We’re looking for a relationship-focused Property Recruiter to join our high-performing, values-led team based in Huddersfield. This isn’t just another resourcing role — it’s your chance to work directly alongside the founder and help scale a company that truly cares about people and outcomes.
In this role, you’ll coordinate client relationships, own the candidate experience, and ensure a smooth process from brief to placement.
The Package:
- Between £27,000 to £35,000 basic salary per annum (DOE)
- Uncapped OTE (+ basic salary = up to £45,000 - £60,000+ per annum)
- Flexible working around core office hours
- Hybrid working: 4 days a week in our Huddersfield office + 1 remote (once passed probation)

The Property Recruiter Role:
- Coordinate seamless recruitment processes within the property sector
- Liaise with clients to take briefs, schedule interviews, and provide regular updates
- Manage and nurture candidate relationships from initial outreach to placement
- Represent the company professionally during client and candidate meetings
- Improve and streamline candidate experience and internal coordination processes
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines via outreach, job boards, and referrals
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates to support successful outcomes
- Support the founder and wider team on key projects, hiring goals, and operational improvements
