We're looking for someone who reflects these values – aspirational, driven, and ready to lead from the front. As Office Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the Estate Agency, combining hands-on involvement with sharp organisational leadership.
The Package:
- Up to £40,000 basic salary with (OTE) of up to £60,000 + car allowance per annum (negotiable D.O.E)
- Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 + 1 in 4 Saturdays from 9:30am to 12:00pm
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Office Manager Role:
- Overseeing and analysing business performance, including managing figures and KPIs
- Acting as a dependable liaison with vendors and suppliers – maintaining relationships and ensuring smooth communication
- Providing essential support across sales teams
- Ensuring daily operations run efficiently and to a high standard
The Person:
- Strong and experienced in an office environment
- Articulate, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
- Commercially savvy – able to spot opportunities and improve processes
- Hands-on, happy to get stuck into the details as well as the bigger picture
- Ideally with experience in
Estate Agency or Property, though this is not essential
