With a consistent record of success in both sales and lettings, this award-winning agency is now looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will split your time between in the office and out of office appointments, manage vendor enquiries, register potential buyers, and proactively market properties using social media and targeted campaigns. Working within a motivated team, you’ll help develop marketing strategies to generate new business and deliver excellent client service.



The Package:


  • Competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum with an OTE of £34,000 
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm; one Saturday in three, 10:00am – 4:00pm, with a full weekday off in lieu
  • Uncapped monthly commission scheme rewarding your performance
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Contributory pension scheme available after the qualifying period



The Role:


  • Handle initial enquiries from vendors and arrange market appraisals
  • Register prospective buyers and understand their property requirements
  • Actively market properties using written listings, social media, and internal mailing lists
  • Generate new property enquiries through proactive outreach and networking
  • Take responsibility for filling open days and maximising exposure
  • Conduct accompanied viewings, highlighting key features and benefits of each property
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, ensuring positive outcomes
  • Support general office duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and promoting services
  • Opportunity for progression into conducting market appraisals for the right candidate



The Person:


  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in estate agency (sales or lettings)
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Willing to contribute to all areas of the business, from sales to admin
  • Focused and clear communicator, delivering excellent customer service
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required
