Basic Salary: Up to £24,000 + Up to £30,000 OTE (commission 3-4% based on completions)

As Trainee Sales Negotiator, in this office based role, you'll learn how to register applicants, match them with suitable properties, support negotiations, and guide clients through the buying and selling process. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship to help you build the skills and confidence needed to progress in the industry.

The Package:
- Up to £24,000 basic salary + up to £30,000 OTE (commission is 3-4% based on completions)
- Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 + 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00
- 22 days annual leave per annum + bank holidays

The Trainee Sales Negotiator Role:
- Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Manage an organised applicant database with regular follow-up
- Achieve pre-agreed sales targets and drive performance
- Facilitate negotiations between vendors and buyers to secure the best deals
- Oversee sales progression and ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintain open communication with vendors regarding marketing feedback and offers
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, from appraisals to sales
- Generate referrals for financial services and conveyancing
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and customers
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, Anti-Money Laundering, and housing legislation
- Attend required meetings and training sessions

The Person:
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, problem solves and manages workload with ease
- Prior customer service experience is highly desirable
