Basic Salary: Up to £24,000 pro-rata + up to £30,000 OTE pro-rata (commission is 3-4% based on completions)

In this office-based Sales Negotiator role, you’ll learn to register applicants, match them with suitable properties, support negotiations, and guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process. The Package:
- Up to £24,000 basic salary pro-rata + up to £30,000 OTE pro-rata (commission is 3-4% based on completions)
- 4 full days per week + 1 in 4 Saturdays (time off in lieu in the week)
- 22 days annual leave per annum + bank holidays

The Sales Negotiator Role:
- Register and match applicants to suitable properties, maintaining an organised database with regular follow-ups
- Achieve sales targets by driving performance, converting new business opportunities, and generating referrals for related services
- Negotiate between vendors and buyers, overseeing sales progression to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain clear communication with vendors on feedback, offers, and marketing updates
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with GDPR, AML, and housing legislation
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
The Person:
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, problem solves and manages workload with ease
- Prior customer service experience (essential)
- Prior Estate Agency experience (highly desirable)
