Basic Salary: Up to £24,000 pro-rata + up to £30,000 OTE pro-rata (commission is 3-4% based on completions)

In this office-based Sales Negotiator role, you’ll learn to register applicants, match them with suitable properties, support negotiations, and guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process. With hands-on training and dedicated mentorship, you’ll quickly build the skills and confidence to progress within the industry.

Full-time hours are available, with part-time options considered for the right candidate. The Package:


  • Up to £24,000 basic salary pro-rata + up to £30,000 OTE pro-rata (commission is 3-4% based on completions)
  • 4 full days per week + 1 in 4 Saturdays (time off in lieu in the week)
  • 22 days annual leave per annum + bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme



The Sales Negotiator Role:


  • Register and match applicants to suitable properties, maintaining an organised database with regular follow-ups
  • Achieve sales targets by driving performance, converting new business opportunities, and generating referrals for related services
  • Negotiate between vendors and buyers, overseeing sales progression to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain clear communication with vendors on feedback, offers, and marketing updates
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with GDPR, AML, and housing legislation
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions



The Person:


  • Has strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, problem solves and manages workload with ease
  • Prior customer service experience (essential)
  • Prior Estate Agency experience (highly desirable)
