Basic Salary: Up to £24,500 per annum + up to £26,000 OTE

Harte Consulting is partnering with an innovative, fast-growing property sector leader based in the North of England, transforming how sales progression is managed nationwide.
We’re looking for two Sales Progressors to join their team. In this role, you’ll oversee smooth residential sales from start to finish, using your strong communication skills to coordinate between solicitors, estate agents, and buyers/sellers—keeping transactions moving efficiently and on schedule.
As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative culture, with regular team activities and performance incentives to keep you motivated and engaged.
The Package:
- Up to £24,500 basic salary per annum + up to £26,000 OTE
- Bonus Scheme - £6 per completion paid the month after the completion
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
- Hybrid or fully remote

The Sales Progressor Role:
- Facilitate residential sales through to completion
- Maintain regular communication with solicitors, estate agents, and customers, providing frequent progress updates
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on the progress of various sales
- Work as part of a fast-paced and proactive team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including estate agents and IFAs
- Comprehensive training will be provided
