Harte Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly respected Estate Agency to find a driven, personable Sales Negotiator for their Holmbridge team. With an exceptional reputation in residential sales, lettings, land, and development, this agency blends traditional values with modern marketing to deliver results that stand out in the property market.
As Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships—handling enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and guiding clients from instruction right through to completion. You’ll manage your own portfolio, keep client records up to date, and collaborate closely with developers and colleagues to ensure a smooth, professional service every step of the way.
This role is perfect for someone with estate agency experience, local market knowledge, and a proactive, customer-focused approach who thrives as part of a dynamic team.
The Package:
- Up to £29,000 basic salary per annum (D.O.E)
- Discretionary company bonus paid annually
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:15 + 1 in 2 Saturdays, 10:00 – 16:00, with one full day off during the week
The Sales Negotiator Role:
- Handle enquiries face-to-face, by phone, and email
- Manage the sales process for your portfolio of properties
- Maintain regular vendor contact and review property marketing
- Follow up market appraisals with a view to winning instructions
- Attend accompanied viewings and provide appropriate feedback
- Liaise with solicitors and mortgage advisors to ensure as smooth a sales process as possible
- Use industry-specific software to maintain accurate client and sales records
