This Sales Progressor role is for a long-established, independent agency rooted in the Holme Valley and the surrounding area. Generational clients. Strong local reputation with community being at the heart of everything.
They’re growing, not replacing and need a Sales Progressor who can handle the full cycle. Not just agree deals but see them through. This isn’t high-volume agency. It’s steady, considered, relationship-led sales where the detail matters
The Package
- Up to £30,000 (DOE) + Annual discretionary bonus
- Marks & Spencer vouchers for mortgage leads
- Free parking with pool car available for local viewings (Mileage paid where own car is used)
- Monday – Friday 09:00–17:15 + 1 in 2 Saturdays (09:00–16:00) with a full day back in lieu

The Role
- Managing your own caseload of properties
- Registering buyers and matching them to the right homes
- Conducting viewings across a varied, countryside and character-led portfolio
- Negotiating offers in a considered, relationship-led way
- Progressing sales from offer agreed to completion (non-negotiable)
- Liaising with solicitors, buyers, and vendors to keep deals moving
- Supporting valuations and general office activity where needed
- Playing your part in a close-knit, team-focused environment
The Person
- 1 year + Sales Negotiator with Sales Progression exposure (non-negotiable)
- A track record of managing deals through to completion
- Confident with handling solicitors, chains, and timelines
- Comfortable working across the full sales cycle of viewings, calls and negotiations
- Incredibly presentable and credible for a Holme Valley market
- Someone who values relationships over quick wins
- Organised to handle a busy caseload without dropping standards
- A team player who thrives in a supportive, non-competitive office
- The type who understands that in this market, how you do things matters
