The Opportunity
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be front and centre registering buyers and investors, generating leads through proactive calls, and turning enquiries into viewings and offers. You’ll be hands-on with negotiations and play a key role in getting deals agreed.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll take it further, managing a live pipeline, handling serious buyers and investors, and working closely with the Valuer to drive deals through to completion. You’ll know when to push, how to structure a deal, and how to maximise outcomes for vendors.
This is a fast-moving, no-passengers environment. You’ll be trusted, visible, and expected to deliver.
The Package
- Depending on role: Senior Sales Negotiator - Up to £29k with OTE £40k, Sales Negotiator - Up to £24k with OTE £35k
- Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:00
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00 (half day in lieu or paid, depending on preference)
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)

The Role
- Registering and qualifying buyers and investors
- Proactively generating leads and following up enquiries
- Matching applicants to suitable properties and driving viewings
- Handling and converting inbound enquiries
- Negotiating offers on behalf of vendors
- Presenting and discussing offers to achieve best outcomes
- Building strong relationships and promoting additional services
- Managing and progressing a live sales pipeline
The Person
Sales Negotiator:
- Proven experience within Estate Agency / Property (essential)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Target-driven with a commercial mindset
- Organised, proactive and detail-focused
- Full driving licence (essential)
Senior Sales Negotiator:
- 3–6+ years’ experience within Estate Agency / Property (essential)
- Confident handling negotiations and managing pipelines
- Commercially sharp with strong closing ability
- Able to operate at pace and maintain deal momentum
