A well-established, independent Residential Agency in North Leeds is seeking a Property Valuer to join its close-knit team. With a loyal client base and a reputation for discretion and high standards, the business offers a refined environment focused on quality, not volume.
The Package:
- Up to £30k basic plus car allowance plus OTE (all in £40k plus)
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- Potential car allowance up to £2,000 (experience dependent)
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- Monday – Thursday 9:00–17:30, Friday 9:00–17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:30–13:00 (with time off in lieu)

The Property Valuer Role:
- Conducting and converting sales valuations
- Managing and overseeing sales progression
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the sales operation
- Working collaboratively with senior colleagues in a small office setting
The Person:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential sales, with strong valuing capability
- Confident, polished, and professional
- Commercially minded, organised, and detail-driven
- A true team player, comfortable sharing information and supporting colleagues
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
