The Company and Role Purpose: 

We’re hiring a Recruitment Analyst & Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in how we attract, engage, and convert talent across the property sector.

 

This Recruitment Analyst & Marketing Coordinator role blends recruitment systems, structured marketing coordination, LinkedIn headhunting, job board sourcing, database campaigns, and performance insight — built for someone who understands recruitment and wants to make it work better.

 

You’ll work closely with the Harte team to strengthen candidate pipelines, sharpen campaigns, and turn activity into measurable results — all in a well-organised, commercially driven environment.

 

 

The Package:

 

  • 37.5 hours per week OR minimum 6 hours per day, Monday - Friday
  • Between £23,500 – £27,000 basic salary per annum (DOE) + up to £2,000 OTE (uncapped)

The Recruitment Analyst & Marketing Coordinator role:

 

LinkedIn, Job Boards & Database Campaigns

  • Support live recruitment roles through:
  • LinkedIn headhunting and targeted outreach
  • Job board sourcing and CV searches
  • Internal database headhunts and re-engagement
  • Create tailored outreach messaging for:
  • Candidate approaches
  • Database campaigns (B2C and B2B)
  • Build warm, relevant shortlists and talent pools
  • Track responses and engagement to improve future activity

 

Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Coordinate recruitment-focused marketing activity across:
  • LinkedIn
  • Email/database campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Ensure messaging is accurate, relevant, and on-brand
  • Support role-specific and sector-based campaigns


Projects & Process Improvement

  • Support recruitment and marketing projects as the business grows
  • Help improve systems, templates, workflows, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate repetitive tasks
  • Act as a link between recruitment, marketing, and operations


Performance & Insight

  • Monitor candidate flow, engagement, and response rates
  • Report on marketing campaigns and headhunting activity
  • Share clear insight to help recruiters improve results
  • Focus on practical improvements — not over-engineered reporting

 

 

The Person:

 

  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing, recruitment marketing, and/or property (essential)
  • Comfortable using:
  • ATS / CRM systems
  • Job boards
  • LinkedIn
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working with data and explaining it clearly
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Commercial, practical mindset
