Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (DOE and proven track record) + realistic and proven OTE of £80,000+ in commission!

The Company and Role Purpose: 

Harte Recruitment is thrilled to announce multiple openings for sharp, dynamic Property Investment Sales Consultants with outbound sales experience. You will be based in Manchester with a leading powerhouse in the property investment sector.



As Property Investment Sales Consultant, your core responsibility will be to connect investors with premium off-plan developments across Northern England. Working with warm leads, you’ll engage with prospective investors, assess their requirements, present tailored investment opportunities, and drive sales. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Sales Progressor to ensure a smooth and professional aftercare experience. 

While experience in selling UK properties to international clients is a plus, full training will be provided to set you up for success. 



The Package:
 

  • Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (DOE
  • Realistic and proven OTE of £80,000+ in commission, with many consultants earning over £100,000 per annum
  • 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays
  • Hybrid working options can be offered, with up to 2 days per week working remotely upon successful completion of 3-month probation 
  • Regular ongoing salary reviews 
  • Monday 10:00 - 18:00, Tuesday + Wednesday 9:00 - 18:00, Thursday 10:00 - 19:00, Friday 09:00 - 16:30 (37.5 hours per week
  • Free parking in Manchester City centre 



The Property Investment Sales Consultant role:

 

  • Engage with investors who have shown interest in property investments through various channels 
  • Conduct effective and persuasive sales conversations over the phone and through digital platforms to present investment opportunities, address client enquiries, and close sales 
  • Demonstrate excellent personal and digital presentation skills to engage with clients and colleagues across multiple platforms 
  • Site visits, as and when needed – usually once per week 
  • Maintain accurate sales administration records using CRM systems and other relevant tools 
  • Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on the latest market trends, property offerings, and investment strategies
