The Package
- Basic salary circa £35,000 per annum (to be negotiated based on experience and expectations)
- Annual company bonus scheme (discretionary)
- Monday – Friday office hours
The Lead Residential Conveyancer Role
- Manage a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction to completion
- Take client instructions and provide clear, practical legal advice
- Prepare and manage file documentation in line with office and accounts procedures
- Handle billing and obtain monies due to the firm
- Support colleagues with delegated supervisory responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge and compliance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct
The Person
- 2+ years’ experience in a conveyancing role (essential)
- Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
- Confident managing files independently with minimal supervision
- Able to explain complex legal matters clearly and in a client-friendly way
- Organised, accurate and calm under pressure
- Flexible, proactive and committed to delivering first-class service
