Senior Conveyancing Paralegal - 1322515
Basic Salary: circa £32,000 per annum DOE + attractive bonus scheme
Location: Manchester
The Company and Role Purpose:
Harte Recruitment is partnering with a growing, well-structured Manchester-based law firm to appoint a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal into their high-performing residential property team. This is a genuine career move for someone seeking real responsibility, strong leadership support and a clearly defined progression pathway — not just another file-handling role in a volume-driven environment.
As Senior Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll manage your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase matters from instruction through to completion. Your role will include title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, reporting on searches and mortgage offers, liaising with clients, lenders and referrers, and overseeing exchange, completion and post-completion formalities. You’ll have autonomy over your files, with the backing of an experienced Senior Fee Earner and Manager to support your continued growth.
With structured training via a dedicated academy, sponsorship for professional qualifications and a clear progression framework, development here is intentional, supported and achievable.
