Basic Salary: Up to £28,000 (DOE), realistic OTE circa £30,000



Location: Wakefield/Huddersfield

Harte Recruitment is partnering with a thriving, fast-growing independent Estate Agency to appoint two Sales Negotiators — one in Huddersfield and one in Wakefield. The Package:


  • Basic salary up to £28,000 per annum (DOE
  • Realistic OTE circa £30,000 with commission structure 
  • Annual salary review 
  • Funding and support for professional qualifications 
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off 
  • Monday–Thursday 09:00 – 17:30, Friday 08:30 – 17:00 
  • Two Saturdays per month (09:00–16:00) with weekday time off in lieu 



The Role:


  • Assist clients with buying and selling residential property 
  • Conduct viewings and guide buyers through the process 
  • Negotiate offers and support transactions through to completion 
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants, properties, and activity 
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every stage 
  • Work collaboratively to achieve team and branch targets 
  • Stay informed on local market trends and property values 

 

The Person:


  • Motivated, self-driven, and eager to succeed 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Organised, with good administrative and time management ability 
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 
  • Team-oriented, with initiative and willingness to learn 
  • Sales experience desirable but not essential 
  • Estate Agency experience beneficial but not required 
  • Full UK driving licence and own car required
