Basic Salary: Up to £28,000 (DOE), realistic OTE circa £30,000
Location: Wakefield/Huddersfield

The Package:
- Basic salary up to £28,000 per annum (DOE)
- Realistic OTE circa £30,000 with commission structure
- Annual salary review
- Funding and support for professional qualifications
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off
- Monday–Thursday 09:00 – 17:30, Friday 08:30 – 17:00
- Two Saturdays per month (09:00–16:00) with weekday time off in lieu
The Role:
- Assist clients with buying and selling residential property
- Conduct viewings and guide buyers through the process
- Negotiate offers and support transactions through to completion
- Maintain accurate records of applicants, properties, and activity
- Deliver excellent customer service at every stage
- Work collaboratively to achieve team and branch targets
- Stay informed on local market trends and property values
The Person:
- Motivated, self-driven, and eager to succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, with good administrative and time management ability
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Team-oriented, with initiative and willingness to learn
- Sales experience desirable but not essential
- Estate Agency experience beneficial but not required
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
