Lettings Negotiator - 1315831
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) + up to £4,000 OTE per annum (uncapped)

The Package:
- Up to £30,000 basic salary (DOE) + up to £4,000 OTE per annum (uncapped)
- Monday – Friday, generally between 09:00 – 17:00 (with flexibility)
- Occasional Saturday morning viewings (with time off in lieu)
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Mileage paid
The Lettings Negotiator Role:
- Registering applicants and managing enquiries
- Conducting property viewings
- Handling check-ins, check-outs and inventory inspections
- Booking and overseeing maintenance and repairs
- Managing compliance and keeping files up to date
- Using CRM systems
- Confidently closing tasks and following matters through to completion
The Person:
- Previous Lettings experience (essential)
- Organised, reliable and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Confident on the phone and comfortable having honest, professional conversations
- Able to handle more challenging landlord or tenant discussions
- Corporate experience welcomed, but personality and attitude matter most
- Driving licence and own car (essential)
