They are now seeking a proactive and highly organised Property Sales Coordinator to support the Head of Client Solutions in a busy, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property sales, estate agency, conveyancing support, sales progression, or a high-energy client services role.
The Package:
- £25,000 - £28k (DOE) basic salary per annum + performance-related bonus, OTE £30,000
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 40 hours per week, including lunch break
- Fully remote working across the United Kingdom
- Quarterly team meetings in London, all expenses paid
- Home-based role, must have own laptop and phone

The Property Sales Coordinator Role:
- Support clients through onboarding and the property sale journey
- Assist the Head of Client Solutions with administration and follow-ups
- Liaise with estate agents to obtain valuations and market feedback
- Contact lenders for redemption figures
- Communicate with solicitors, lenders, agents and clients
- Maintain accurate records, notes and task updates
- Chase documents, information and responses
The Person:
- Experience in property sales, estate agency, conveyancing or sales progression
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Confident telephone manner and communication skills
- High attention to detail and proactive approach
- Competent with Excel, Google Drive and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently in a remote role
- Professional, empathetic and customer-focused
