They’re growing their team and are now looking to appoint a Sales & Lettings Negotiator into a 360-degree role, covering residential sales, lettings, and property management.
As Sales & Lettings Negotiator no two days will look the same. The Package
- £25,000, with OTE £28,000
- 20 days plus BH
- Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5pm, some Saturdays required throughout the year and time in lieu provided.

The Role
- 60% Lettings & Property Management related tasks
- 40% Residential Sales related tasks (all trainable)
- Driving sales and lettings deals including negotiations, viewings, and inspections
- Owning and managing a live rental portfolio
- Delivering a standout experience to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
- Producing tenancy agreements and contracts with precision
- Keeping records sharp and reporting on all lettings & management activity
- Spotting opportunities to introduce clients to conveyancing, financial services, auctions and more
- Staying on top of compliance and operational standards no shortcuts
The Person
- Proven experience in Lettings and Property management (essential)
- Residential sales experience (desirable but not essential)
- Good understanding of compliance and tenancy processes
- Confident, professional with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to adapt into sales activity when required
- Strong communication skills with both landlords and tenants
- A proactive, team-first mindset
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing volume and priorities
- Builds trust quickly with clients
- Team player who can also operate independently
- Full UK Driving License and own car (essential)
