Self-Employed Associate Estate Agent - 1314140

Basic Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 per annum OTE, with £100,000+ achievable

Location: Leeds

The Company and Role Purpose:

A highly reputable Yorkshire Estate Agency with a proven Self-Employed Associate Estate Agent model is opening opportunities for experienced agents to take control of their income, earn from day one and run their own patch across Leeds, York, Doncaster and Selby.

This business is deliberately not a national and not a volume-driven model. Instead, it is built to help experienced Estate Agents in Yorkshire earn high while delivering to customers a genuinely premium, personal service. This is designed for property professionals who want autonomy, flexibility and higher earning potential — without the financial risk usually associated with going it alone.

The Self-Employed Associate Estate Agent role offers self-employment done properly: high support, low risk, and a clear, proven framework that allows Associates to build their own local Estate Agency business with confidence.

The Package:

  • Minimum Income Guarantee of c. £1,500 per month for the first 3 months, extendable to 6 months if required, providing financial security while the pipeline builds
  • No upfront fees, no loans and no debt if either party decides not to continue within the initial period
  • Ability to earn from day 1 through a flexible customer fee structure, including up-front fees from £295 up to full fee, supporting early and consistent cashflow
  • Uncapped earning potential with realistic benchmarks:
  • Around £50,000 per year achievable with approximately 2 instructions per month
  • Around £70,000 per year with 3–4 instructions per month
  • £100,000+ per year achievable with 5 instructions per month, with further upside as the business matures
  • Higher earnings on self-generated business, incentivising proactive prospecting and local relationship-building
  • Access to a long-established (approx. two decades!) Yorkshire database — a genuine business in a box
  • High-support infrastructure including lead handling, marketing, systems, training and ongoing business mentoring

The Self-Employed Associate Estate Agent Role:

  • Prospect for new business and build a strong personal pipeline
  • Conduct valuations, win instructions and manage the full sales process end-to-end
  • Deliver a premium, highly personal service from instruction through to completion
  • Build a strong local reputation with structured launch strategies and mentoring support

The Person:
