Basic Salary: Between £26,000 - £28,000 per annum + £30,000 - £32,000 OTE (commission is 3-4% based on completions)

In this office-based Senior Sales Negotiator role, you’ll learn to register applicants, match them with suitable properties, support negotiations, and guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process. The Package:
- Between £26,000 - £28,000 basic salary per annum + between £30,000 - £32,000 OTE (commission is 3-4% based on completions)
- 22 days annual leave per annum + bank holidays
- Full-time hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 + 1 in 4 Saturdays (time off in lieu in the week)
- Part-time hours also available at 4 full days per week (09:00 - 17:00) + 1 in 4 Saturdays (time off in lieu in the week)
- Above salary package to be pro-rata’d for part-time hours

The Senior Sales Negotiator Role:
- Register and match applicants to suitable properties, maintaining an organised database with regular follow-ups
- Achieve sales targets by driving performance, converting new business opportunities, and generating referrals for related services
- Negotiate between vendors and buyers, overseeing sales progression to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain clear communication with vendors on feedback, offers, and marketing updates
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with GDPR, AML, and housing legislation
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
The Person:
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, problem-solves and manages workload with ease
- Prior customer service experience (essential)
- Prior Estate Agency experience (highly desirable)
