(pro-rated for part-time hours)
Location: Huddersfield
The Company and Role Purpose:
Harte Recruitment is working with a fast-paced, modern property business to appoint an experienced Sales Progressor for its Huddersfield office.
This is a hands-on Sales Progressor role at the heart of the sales process, ideal for someone who thrives on pace, accountability and getting deals over the line.
Whether your background is in progression or sales negotiation, you’ll gain full exposure across the journey, working end to end in supporting negotiations, managing relationships and working closely with the Sales Team and Manager to drive transactions from offer through to exchange and completion.
It’s fast-paced, phone-led and very people-focused. As Sales Progressor you’ll be speaking to buyers, vendors and solicitors daily, keeping momentum, managing expectations and making sure nothing stalls. It requires strong sales negotiation skills, with the confidence to influence outcomes, manage expectations and keep all parties aligned. This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait kind of role, it’s about being proactive, removing roadblocks and keeping everything moving.
You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and strong leadership, with the opportunity to grow your career in a business that invests in its people. When you’re not progressing sales through to exchange and completion, you’ll be actively negotiating the next deal, keeping momentum high and results moving.
