Recruitment Analyst & Marketing Coordinator -1311620
Basic Salary: £23,500 – £27,000 per annum (DOE) + up to £2,000 OTE (uncapped)

The Company and Role Purpose:
We’re hiring a Recruitment Analyst & Marketing Coordinator to help power how we attract, engage and secure great people across the property sector. This Recruitment Analyst & Marketing Coordinator role is varied and hands-on, bringing together recruitment systems, marketing coordination, LinkedIn headhunting, job board sourcing, targeted campaigns and insight — perfect for someone who enjoys recruitment and wants to make it work better, not just busier.
Working closely with the Harte team, you’ll help build quality pipelines, fine-tune campaigns and turn good ideas into clear, measurable results in a well-organised, commercial environment.
The Package:
- Competitive base salary per annum:
- £23,500–£24,500 for a developing or entry profile
- £25,000–£27,000 for candidates with proven recruitment + campaign experience
- Up to £2,000 OTE per annum (based on placements made within the team)

- Regular salary reviews tied to performance and development milestones
- Flexible working hours within the core working day (early starts preferred)
- 37.5 hours per week OR minimum 6 hours per day, Monday–Friday

The Recruitment Analyst & Marketing Coordinator role:
LinkedIn, Job Boards & Database
- Support live roles through targeted headhunting and outreach
- Source candidates via job boards, CV searches and database re-engagement
- Create tailored messaging and build relevant shortlists
- Track responses to improve future activity
Recruitment Marketing & Campaigns
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn and email/database platforms
- Ensure messaging is accurate, relevant and on-brand
- Support both role-specific and sector-wide campaigns
Projects, Process & Insight
- Support recruitment and marketing projects as the business grows
- Improve systems, workflows, templates and reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline or automate tasks
- Monitor performance, report on activity and share practical insights
About You:
- Experience in recruitment, resourcing, recruitment marketing, and/or property (essential)
- Comfortable with ATS/CRM, job boards, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and spreadsheets
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with data and explaining it clearly
- Strong written communication skills
- Commercial, practical mindset
