The Package:


  • £50,000 – £70,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and override bonus (OTE £150,000+)
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Free parking in Manchester city centre
  • Company pension scheme



The Investment Sales Manager Role:


  • Identify and secure new property investment opportunities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth investor clients
  • Deliver tailored property investment advice and solutions
  • Lead, train, and coach a team of sales consultants to exceed targets
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and present investment proposals and sales reports
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Assist with new development launches
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

 

 

The Person:


  • Proven experience in property investment sales (essential)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Solid understanding of UK property markets and investment products
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team (essential)
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
