They are now seeking a Part-Time Lettings Administrator to join their Manchester team on a contract basis of minimum 13 months —supporting the day-to-day lettings operations within a fast-paced and design-driven environment.
As a
Part-Time Lettings Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-of-tenancy process, ensuring properties are ready for new tenants. Tasks include reviewing move-out reports, sourcing and coordinating contractors, liaising with landlords regarding works and costs. Previous experience in a lettings-based role and familiarity with lettings software is essential.

- £25,000 (pro rata’d) for 22.5 hours per week across a minimum of 3 days
- You can choose the hours and days to suit around other commitments (between 9am - 5pm)

The Role:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient experience for outgoing tenants while preparing homes for new arrivals
- Review pre- and post-move out reports to identify required works
- Obtain and compare contractor quotes to ensure best value for clients
- Liaise with landlords for approval on costs and instruct works accordingly
- Verify and process invoices promptly upon job completion
- Maintain strong communication with New Tenancy Coordinator and Residential Consultants to align timelines
- Manage deposit deductions in line with industry guidelines and timelines
- Handle and submit deposit disputes through the DPS if required
- Source and maintain a network of reliable contractors, ensuring all records (e.g., insurance) are kept up to date
The Person:
- Previous experience in a lettings role, ideally involving end-of-tenancy processes
- Strong knowledge of industry deposit regulations and lettings software
- Holds ARLA certification or equivalent property qualification (desirable)
- Minimum pass in GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid admin and organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
