Basic salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE) plus Commission (up to £40,000 OTE)

In this Trainee Sales Progressor role, you will be at the heart of the property sales process, playing a vital role in supporting the wider team as they transform accepted offers into successful completions. Beyond simple task management, you will drive momentum, coordinate various parties, and ensure each stage of the sales process runs smoothly.
This role would really suit someone who has front end residential sales or conveyancing experience and is now looking to make the move and be trained as a Sales Progressor. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will serve as the main point of contact between clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers. You will ensure that all parties are kept informed, documentation is accurately managed, and your organisational and time management skills are used to keep transactions moving efficiently.
The Package:
- £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE) plus Commission (up to £40,000 OTE)

The Trainee Sales Progressor Role:
- Deal with the entire sales progression process from acceptance of an offer to the completion of the sale
- Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to ensure all aspects of the sale all documentation is received and processed efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements throughout the sales process
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and sales files for each property
- Chase outstanding documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner
- Schedule and manage surveys, valuations, and inspections as needed
The Person:
- Previous property or professional services background is essential
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records
