Basic salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Up to £45,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

Harte Recruitment is working with a high-performing Doncaster based Estate Agency that's looking for an aspirational Sales Valuer to join their fast-growing team. You'll be generating valuation leads through prospecting, calls, and local networking—owning the process from pitch to instruction with professional appraisals that win business.

The Package:

 

  • Up to £30,000 basic salary per annum + up to £45,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
  • Performance bonuses and incentives
  • Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:30, Friday 09:00 – 17:00, and one Saturday in every three 09:00 – 13:00 (with a half day off in lieu)
  • Up to 33 days annual leave per annum (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
  • Company pension scheme



The Sales Valuer Role:


  • Generate new valuation opportunities through targeted prospecting, daily outbound calls, and strategic local networking
  • Build a strong personal brand on social media to attract leads and grow your market presence
  • Carry out clear, professional property valuations that win instructions and build trust with clients
  • Work alongside a Sales Negotiator and Marketing Consultant who’ll handle admin and follow-ups, freeing you up to focus on growth




The Person:


  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a track record of building strong client relationships and consistently beating targets
  • Takes full ownership of their responsibilities, setting and maintaining high personal standards
  • Focused on becoming a trusted, go-to property expert in the local market
  • Skilled at using social media to connect with the market and stand out from the competition
  • Brings valuable experience from Estate Agency or other fast-paced sales environments, with the right mindset to succeed (essential)
